Meet the Team
Jenny Ivory - Proprietor

I took over ownership of Little Gaddesden Preschool in November 2014. Prior to that I had spent 12 years working in the Early Years sector in a variety of settings, with children ranging from Birth to 5 Years. I have a First Class BA Hons Degree in Education and Early Years. It is a passion of mine to enable children to have the best possible experiences in their Early Years to support and enable them to grow, learn and develop to their full potential. I am also very passionate about the benefits of Outdoor Learning and this filters down into the preschool itself.
I have a husband, daughter and son at home and enjoy spending time with them and family. I also enjoy going for walks, cooking and being creative.

I started working for Little Gaddesden Preschool in January 2015. I have a Diploma in Nursery Nursing (DNN) Qualification and have been working in child care for over 25 years, working in a variety of child care settings.
I am the designated Safeguarding Officer, Health and Safety Officer and Outings Co-ordinator. I enjoy supporting children to grow, thrive and achieve their goals. My favourite thing to do at preschool is creative activities like painting, sticking and making things.
At home I am a mum of twins, in our house we have 3 cats, 2 rabbits and lots of fish.
Christina Eames - Deputy Manager

Hello, my name is Christina Eames. I have been working as a nursery and Preschool practitioner since 2013 when I gained my level 3 in childcare. I also, worked in a local Montessori nursery where I gained a lot of experience with their educational theories.
I have fond memories of Little Gaddesden, as one of my children attended the Little Gaddesden Primary school. I also have three children of my own, which has given a lot of first-hand experience to my knowledge.
I enjoy the beautiful countryside walking our pet dog Benson and regular exercise.
Natasha Osmond - Forest School Leader

I have a Level 3 qualification in Caring for Children and Young People and a Level 3 Forest School Leader qualification. I have been working in Child Care for over 4 years, starting in a Day Nursery after finishing college.
I've had experience with all ages of children and enjoy working alongside children to help them grow and learn. What I love the most, is being able to look for lots of great ideas and activities for the children to do.
